Ana, first 5 pounds are water weight and u have lost 3 pounds of fat as well….remember losing water weight is the first step to fat loss… a bloated person can never lose weight so u are off to a good start and now your body is ready to lose more fat …..it should actually encourage u that u are able to see good results…..keep up the good work!!

  5. No, I m afraid no. For men it should be minimum 1400 cals and for women it should be 1200 cals and that is the healthy way to do any diet…..the problem is people don’t realize that no diet is unhealthy itself it’s the way u do it……..all diets who work fast can be healthy at the same time ……….There is a right way of doing things and there is a wrong way so right information is crucial……Moderation is the best policy for anything in life!!     woooooah. that sounds like alot. idk how to measure kilos into pounds but im 13 and weigh 64 kilos. im only 3 pounds over weight. i lost so much weight i used to be real friggin fat i even have strech marks from when i was fat but im good now ^^

  20. How much you weigh doesn’t always determine if you’re overweight or not!!! I’m 14 (femaleeee) and I weigh 135, but I’m nt fat or anything, look at my pic and you’ll see.
    I play a lot of sports which means muscle. An muscle weighs more than fat, so chill.
    The scale isn’t always right! :D

  25. heyy! im 75 kilos and im aiming for 68, at least my BMI says tht this is how much i should weight in order to be healthy. Ive tried the French diet, Detox diet, loads of workout videos and i never eat any chocolate or crisps. and it has been like tht for 6 months. but sadly i never seem to reach my goal. the closest ive been to it was 71 kilos, but then suddenly i gained 3 kilos in 2 days. im not under any stress and i do dancing for 2 hrs each day. why cant i reach my goal? Please reply!!!
