<p>You heard it right.</p>
<p>Dr. Siegal  introduced this <strong>cookie diet</strong> back in the 1970`s and has helped over 500.000 people lose weight.  The Miami based doctor invented this diet to help people shed unwanted pounds while still being able to enjoy eating cookies.</p>
<p>The cookies contain very little fat, are high in fiber and protein which all lead to the stomach sending signals to the brain to cease hunger.  The cookies have a low glycaemic index, which mean that they break down slowly into the bloodstream.  This way  you feel full longer which makes it much easier to <a href="http://www.superdiettips.com" target="_blank">diet</a>. The cookies are made with a special recipe of  amino acids that suppress your appetite. </p>
<p>The <strong>Cookie Diet</strong> has the participant eat six cookies daily, which breaks down to 800 calories and 70 carbs.  At the end of the day you are allowed  to eat a  dinner that consists of six ounces of lean meat and one cup of veggies.  The diet also prescibe drinking at least eight glasses of water daily. Beyond that you are permitted to drink coffee and tea but are encouraged to stay away from any other drinks.  The cookies are produced in five varieties;  banana, coconut, chocolate, blueberry and oatmeal raisin.  Mix them as you wish  throughout the day or week.</p>
